 ♦  DON’T WAIT to pick up on race morning! Why? You’ll miss out on the chance to receive one of several prizes being given out only at Early Packet Pick-Up!
 ♦  To prevent the theft of entries by folks who might just pick a name off the posted roster, photo proof of identity will be required to pick up your packets. No ID… no race… no exceptions.
 ♦  Anyone you send to pick up your packet for you must have a copy of your photo ID. Could be a hard copy or could be a pic on your phone… either way is fine, as long as it’s legible. (This is for your protection so no fair yelling at the race director if you forget.)
 ♦  If someone else processed your registration for you online, and you’ve never logged back in to imAthlete to agree to the electronic waivers, YOU MUST PICK UP YOUR PACKET IN PERSON.
 ♦  Bib numbers are assigned and programmed into our system uniquely for each athlete. If you are checking in for a friend or family member, please be very careful not to swap bibs.
 ♦  Entries will be available at both Early Packet Pick-Up and on Race Day. Although checks will not be accepted, we’re cool with cash or credit / debit cards that are Visa, Master Card, American Express & Discover. (A 3% processing fee will be added to all card transactions.)
 ♦  Due to the need for waivers to be signed, all walk-up entries must be completed in person. Please DO NOT send a friend or family member to register on your behalf. (Sorry, not even your spouse.)
 ♦  Special Attention: Because shipping is not an option for merchandise delivery, please be sure to pick up (or send someone to pick up) anything you purchased with your registration. All items that ultimately go undelivered will be restocked back into inventory without the benefit of a refund.

Towels – It’s gonna be HOT!  As great as the ice water dripping from your finish line towel will feel, please DO NOT return to the finish aid tent to re-dip your towel once it starts to dry.  (Think about that for a minute… Ewww!)
